SUMMARY:Eucharist & Lunch
DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\nEucharist and lunch is held on the 1st Wednesday of 
 the month\, except for January\, in the chapel at the Seafarers’ Centre.
 \n\nIn December\, we have been observing St. Nicholas’ Day and hold the 
 Eucharist and lunch at a church so that we can have a larger gathering. Ch
 eck the calendar for details.\n\nAll are welcome to attend\, and most of
  those who attend volunteer at the Mission.\n\nDuring the Eucharist\, we p
 ray for the Port of Thunder Bay: Thunder Bay Port Authority\, HMCS GRIFFON
 \, Canadian Coast Guard Cutter Cape Challion\, cargo ships\, cruise ships\
 , fishers\, Lakehead Tugboats\, Thunder Bay Tugs\, ship’s agents: Lake S
 uperior Shipping and Thunder Bay Shipping\, and stevedores: Logistec.\n\n\
 n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe pray for those who care for seafarers: the Mission to Se
 afarers\n\n 	stations around the world and in Canada\;\n 	The Ven. Dr. Pet
 er Rouch\, Secretary-General\;\n 	Archbishop David Edwards\, Liaison Bisho
 p for Canada\; and\n 	Rev’d Judith Alltree\, Regional Director for Canad
 a\; and\n\nthe Apostleship of the Sea and the Ministry to Seafarers.\n\nWe
  pray for those in special need.\n\nMuch of the Mission’s work is servic
 e\, driving seafarers and helping them with their needs. Holding the Eucha
 rist and lunch enables us to pray for the Port. It grounds us in our faith
 \, that we are doing the service work on behalf of Jesus and his church. T
 he fellowship during the Eucharist and lunch cares for those who attend\, 
 and strengthens their relationships with each other.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n\n\n\n
