We are working to address the imbalance of female seafarers in the maritime industry by challenging stereotypes, advocating for diversity, and showcasing successful women at sea. We also call on shipping companies to improve training, provide proper facilities, and create safer, more supportive environments so more women can thrive in maritime careers.
