As a federation of port-based stations across Canada, we serve as a national lifeline for crew members who often face long periods of isolation, uncertainty, and hardship while far from home.

Welcome seafarers into safe, caring spaces

  • Ship visits and seafarer centre hospitality (toiletries, clothing, SIM cards, etc)
  • Free Wi-Fi and communication tools help seafarers stay in touch with family
  • Transportation assistance supports safe travel between ship and shore
  • Help with healthcare access, personal needs, or legal referrals as needed
