Marsha Clyne serves as Regional Fundraising Manager for Mission to Seafarers Canada, leading national efforts to grow and diversify funding for seafarers’ welfare across all Canadian stations. With 10+ years in philanthropy and nonprofit leadership, she specializes in grant acquisition, corporate sponsorships, donor journeys, and stewardship systems that improve retention and LTV.
Marsha holds a Master’s in Nonprofit Leadership & Philanthropy, a Bachelor’s degree in Conflict Studies, and an Associate degree in Social Communications. She works to AFP standards with CRA-aligned compliance and builds repeatable revenue operations,grant calendars, sponsorship pipelines, KPI dashboards, and stewardship rhythms, while coaching teams to execute. Her role advances the Mission’s fundraising pillar through partner development, supporter stewardship, and financial sustainability initiatives nationwide. Memberships: AHP | AFP | BFC | CFRE (CD).
